We handle all communications between you and the buyer so you have more time to focus on running and growing your business. We hold your hand through the process, step-by-step, and weed out non-serious buyers. We even transfer the website to the buyer so you don’t have to. You will instantly get the following benefits-

If for some reason the user changed his mind to sell the resource, it is necessary as soon as possible use the cancellation of the auction. Cancellation of the auction is valid both during the listing process, and at their end, but only in the case when its not currently sold to any buyer. If the business is sold anywhere else from TMS, You can take the listing down by contacting our support team.

If the deal goes through a secure scheme, the money to pay for the auction is stored with us, but not transferred to the seller until its completion. You can use bitcoin or wire transfer to transfer the funds to the TMS safe vault. We don’t do Escrow as it doesn’t provide the flexibility that we need to fully protect the buyer and seller. The buyer cannot ditch the seller until and unless the payment reaches us, the seller will not release the website to you. So think of TMS as a mediator here to protect the buyer and seller mutually.

FOR BUYERS

The obligation to sell the Website/Domain appears to the seller only, if the offered price is not accepted by the seller, you may have to negotiate with the seller. Therefore, if you think the price is affordable, it makes sense to start trading with the price not less than the asking price.
If you believe that the valuation is too high, or your interest in the auction is not so high to buy it at the best price, you can contact the seller via dedicated Slack channel. So before placing your offer, you should contact the seller and ask open queries about the business.

Most importantly, it is a reduction of the possibility of fraud on the part of the potential seller to a minimum. The seller receives the money only after transferring the website or Domain to the buyer. If the actual site (domain) characteristics are different from those stated, the buyer can
always resort to the TMS dispute handling team to cancel the transaction, with appropriate penalties in relation to the seller.

Yes, you can. Ask the seller to contact us and our team will publish your website for auction bypaying a small auction fee($49) which is currently $0 for some time. As soon as the listing goes live, the buyer can buy at a BIN price and TMS will carry out all the work as usual handling the assets transfer work, Secure transaction and support.

We hide the niche and URL on our listings to protect the (future) buyer from additional, unnecessary competition.We sometimes have thousands of visitors in one day to our site – some of whom are searching the web for profitable niches and websites they can copy and replicate.

While it is still the responsibility of each buyer to do his/her own due diligence, our vetting process ensures that you’re not wasting your time with sites that aren’t worth reviewing.
